Shipping policy

  •  For local product pickup, please place your order and state local and you may pick up at our storefront, 511 Washington Street, Portsmouth, VA 23704 during our normal business hours; Thursday - Sunday 12pm - 6pm.
    • Orders placed before 8 PM EST are typically processed same day and orders placed after 3 PM EST and on weekends will be processed the next business day. 
    • UPS is our primary shipping service for orders shipped within the U.S. We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS 2nd day express shipping, which takes 2 business days for delivery.
    • Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. 
    • MaiDlynn’s Chic Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is misdelivered, as the recipient of the package, you are required to get in contact with the shipping carrier to file a claim. We can provide you with all the necessary information for the investigation; however, please keep in mind that this is a matter completely out of our control.
